So he went into it full time on a large scale and now
the academy is mostly devoted to American University aspirants. The academy now employs a
team of 12 people working under him. Not only do they coach for the exams but provide the
entire infrastructure - bginning from counseling, providing relevant publications,
selecting and getting admissions to American University and preparing the relevant
academic, financial and personal documents. A very successful record of 1000 per 1400 is
proof enough of their efficiency.

"The need for Indian
students especially in the fields like computers is tremendous." And most students
are for computer software unless they have financial constraints . But doesn't this so
called brain drain affect our human resources. "Out of 35, 000 engineers passing out
of Mharashtra, 1500 or 2000 students going abroad do not make a difference. Nor is it
though the lure of the American educational system being high makes each university a
worthwhile one. That is why we have a list of 200 accredited Universities which we offer
admissions to. The feedback has been very positive and I have ended up having a large
network of students and professionals who have passed out of my academy all over he
states."
There have been hardly any disappointments and needless to say, hardly any returns. "
No one plans on returning unless they have a family business back here."
But having heard of so much of ethnic clashes and differences, how do these students cope
up? "These differences last only the initial generations. My idea is to send as many
students to America as possible. Like the Jewish community for years had a hold over
America's economy, if there is a substantial educated Indian population, we will also be
able to influence policies. And my aim, therefore, is to send more and more students to
America."
